It's already May and I have not managed to whittle down my extensive to-read list. In fact, I think it's grown over the past few months. So - I thought it would be a good idea to tackle it head on and take on the Beat The Backlist challenge.
So many of these books have just been sitting in my tbr for far too long, and I'm eager to hop into it!
I hope you're all doing well. March is flying by so fast, and in a few short weeks it will be Ramadan, which I am really looking forward to. I thought now would be a good time to share some new and upcoming releases by Muslim authors, set to be released this year.

I hope everyone is doing alright! February has been a slow month for me so far, but I already have my sights set on what to read for March. I'm co-hosting the Animal Crossing Readathon which is taking place March 1st-April 15th, so I've already thought very hard on what prompts I'm going with (and gone back and forth with it many times) and have made my reading plans for March. Wow, I cannot believe that 2022 is already so close now. While the passage of time is incredibly daunting for me, it also means so many of the books I'm looking forward to reading will be released soon!
I've narrowed down my anticipated releases of 2022 to a few below, and thought I would also share why I'm excited to read them!

October is almost upon us, which means one important thing - it's almost Halloween. I'm not one for dressing up, but I do love some good scary movies and books, so I'm planning to read quite a few thrillers in October to hopefully get a good scare.
